Delivery Policy

Investments Limited (“Rabsec”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This Delivery Policy explains how and when we dispatch your orders and the services we use.
1 | Dispatch Commitment
Same-day dispatch, next-working-day arrival
Orders received Monday–Friday before 3 p.m. (UK time) are picked, packed, and handed to our courier the same day, for next-working-day delivery to most UK mainland addresses.Orders after 3 p.m., weekends & public holidays
Orders placed after the 3 p.m. cut-off, or on Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays, are processed the next working day.Stock & payment clearance
Same-day dispatch is subject to the items being in stock and payment being fully cleared.

(Courier partners include DPD, Royal Mail Special Delivery and approved pallet networks; we may change carrier to keep service levels high.)
3 | Delivery Charges
UK Mainland
Orders over £ 600(ex VAT) → FREE next-day delivery.
Orders below the threshold → £10 + VAT per consignment (up to 20 kg).
Remote UK, Offshore & International – Charges shown at checkout or supplied on quotation. Surcharges reflect carrier tariffs beyond our control.
4 | Order Tracking & Proof of Delivery
When your order ships you’ll receive an e-mail and/or SMS with a tracking number and live updates. A signature (or courier photo proof) is required on delivery to protect you and us against loss.
5 | Receiving Your Goods
Inspect immediately – Please check for visible damage or shortages while the driver is present where possible.
Report issues promptly – Notify us of transit damage within 24 hours and of picking/packing errors or shortages within 48 hours of receipt so we can act fast.
6 | Delays & Force Majeure
We work hard to meet every promised delivery window, but events such as extreme weather, carrier network disruption, strikes, or other force-majeure circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Where this happens, we’ll keep you informed and do our utmost to minimise any impact.
7 | Click & Collect (by prior arrangement)
Need it even faster? Call us to reserve stock, pay, and collect from our warehouse counter during business hours. Bring photo ID and your order confirmation email.
