DELIVERY INFORMATION

We know that when you're working on an installation, knowing when your equipment will arrive matters.
Wherever possible, Rabsec uses next-working-day delivery services for UK orders. Our aim is to get your equipment to you quickly while keeping you informed throughout the process.
ORDER CUT-OFF
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday will normally be processed for dispatch the same working day, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
NEXT-WORKING-DAY DELIVERY
Where stock is available and the delivery destination is covered by our carrier's next-day service, we will use a next-working-day delivery service whenever possible.
Next-day delivery is our target rather than a guaranteed delivery time unless specifically confirmed by Rabsec.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We understand that installers plan jobs around the availability of equipment.
If an item you've ordered is unavailable or we become aware of a delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Where we can, we'll provide an expected availability or delivery date so that you can plan accordingly. If appropriate, we may also be able to discuss an alternative product or solution with you.
We'd rather tell you about a delay than leave you wondering where your order is.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
If your order contains several products and one or more items are unavailable, we may contact you to discuss whether you'd prefer us to:
- dispatch the available items first;
- hold the order until everything is available; or
- discuss suitable alternatives.
Additional delivery charges may apply where an order is split into multiple deliveries, but we'll discuss this with you before making any changes that result in additional charges.
DIRECT DELIVERY
Some products may be dispatched directly from one of our distribution or manufacturer partners.
Where this happens, delivery times and tracking information may vary, but the order remains a Rabsec order and we'll still be here to help if you have any questions.
DELIVERY TRACKING
Where tracking information is provided by the carrier, we'll make this available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
