TEXECOM AKG‑0006 CAPTURE 360 CD DUAL‑TECH CEILING MOUNT PIR MOTION DETECTOR – BLACK

The Texecom AKG‑0006 Capture 360 CD Dual‑Tech Ceiling Mount PIR Motion Detector in black is a premium, high‑accuracy sensor designed for environments where enhanced stability and advanced false‑alarm immunity are essential. Combining passive infrared (PIR) detection with microwave technology, this dual‑tech model delivers superior reliability in challenging conditions such as temperature‑variable rooms, commercial spaces, and areas with air movement or electrical interference.

Offering full 360‑degree coverage, the Capture 360 CD provides complete room protection from a central ceiling position, eliminating blind spots commonly associated with wall‑mounted detectors. Its advanced quad‑element PIR optics work in tandem with microwave sensing to verify movement, ensuring that only genuine intruder activity triggers an alarm. This layered detection approach significantly reduces nuisance activations and enhances system integrity.

The sleek black ABS housing provides a modern, discreet appearance ideal for darker ceilings, contemporary interiors, and commercial environments. Its low‑profile design ensures unobtrusive installation while maintaining a professional finish. Hard‑wired connectivity guarantees stable, interference‑free communication with Texecom Premier Elite control panels and other compatible wired alarm systems.

The Capture 360 CD incorporates Texecom’s latest detection enhancements, including improved digital signal processing, environmental compensation, and advanced filtering algorithms. These features ensure consistent performance across varying temperatures, lighting conditions, and installation heights, making it suitable for retail units, offices, open‑plan areas, and domestic properties requiring dependable 360‑degree intrusion detection.

With its dual‑tech architecture, robust build quality, and full‑coverage ceiling design, the AKG‑0006 is an excellent choice for installers seeking a high‑performance motion detector that delivers long‑term reliability and superior false‑alarm immunity.
