TEXECOM GCD‑0001 PREMIER ELITE RICOCHET 8XP‑W 8‑ZONE WIRELESS EXPANDER

The Texecom GCD‑0001 Premier Elite Ricochet 8XP‑W Wireless Expander is a compact, high‑reliability module designed to add up to eight Ricochet‑enabled wireless devices to Texecom Premier Elite control panels. Built on Texecom’s advanced Ricochet mesh networking platform, the 8XP‑W delivers secure, long‑range wireless communication and dependable performance across both residential and commercial installations.

Acting as a dedicated wireless gateway, the 8XP‑W enables seamless integration of wireless PIRs, door contacts, shock sensors, keyfobs, sounders, and life‑safety devices into a Premier Elite system. Ricochet mesh networking ensures that each connected wireless device also acts as a repeater, strengthening communication paths and improving coverage across larger or complex properties.

The expander features robust encrypted signalling, advanced diagnostics, and full compatibility with Texecom’s Premier Elite firmware. Installers can easily enrol devices, manage wireless zones, and monitor signal strength directly through the control panel or Wintex software. Its compact form factor allows flexible placement inside the alarm enclosure or externally using a suitable housing.

Ideal for smaller wireless installations, upgrades, and hybrid systems, the 8XP‑W provides a scalable and cost‑effective solution for expanding system capacity without the need for additional cabling. It is fully compatible with all Premier Elite control panels that support Ricochet wireless technology.

With secure communication, reliable performance, and support for a wide range of wireless peripherals, the Texecom GCD‑0001 8XP‑W expander offers installers a dependable and flexible way to build robust wireless alarm systems.
