The Texecom GEC‑0002 Premier Elite Ricochet IXP‑W Wireless Expansion Pack is a complete wireless upgrade kit designed to expand Texecom Premier Elite alarm systems with secure, high‑performance Ricochet mesh networking. Ideal for both new installations and retrofit projects, the IXP‑W pack provides installers with everything required to introduce wireless capability into an existing wired system.
At the heart of the expansion pack is the Ricochet wireless expander, which enables seamless integration of wireless PIRs, door contacts, shock sensors, keyfobs, sounders, and life‑safety devices. Ricochet mesh networking ensures that each connected wireless device also acts as a repeater, strengthening communication paths and improving coverage across larger or complex properties. This creates a self‑healing, highly resilient wireless network that delivers long‑range performance and secure encrypted signalling.
The IXP‑W pack includes a selection of wireless devices chosen to support common installation requirements, allowing installers to quickly deploy a hybrid wired/wireless system. All devices feature modern styling, robust construction, and Texecom’s advanced digital processing for reliable detection and signalling.
Fully compatible with Texecom Premier Elite control panels, the GEC‑0002 expansion pack integrates effortlessly into professional alarm systems. Installers can enrol devices, manage wireless zones, and monitor signal strength directly through the control panel or Wintex software. The pack is ideal for upgrading older systems, extending coverage into new areas, or providing wireless capability where cabling is impractical.
With secure communication, flexible deployment, and support for a wide range of wireless peripherals, the Texecom GEC‑0002 IXP‑W Wireless Expansion Pack offers a dependable, scalable solution for building modern hybrid alarm systems.
