RUIJIE RG-EW1200R - WIFI 5 EXTENDER 1200MBPS

The Ruijie Reyee RG‑EW1200R is a powerful AC1200 dual‑band Mesh Wi‑Fi extender designed to eliminate dead zones and deliver seamless whole‑home coverage. Built on Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) technology, it provides fast, stable wireless performance with a combined speed of 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz, making it ideal for HD streaming, online gaming, smart home devices and everyday browsing.

Engineered for superior coverage, the RG‑EW1200R integrates built‑in signal amplifiers (FEM/EPA) that significantly enhance wall penetration and long‑range stability. This ensures an “unbreakable” Wi‑Fi signal throughout multi‑room homes, duplexes and apartments. Its three‑bar signal indicator provides real‑time feedback to help users find the optimal placement—an advantage over typical extenders that only show basic connection status.

With Reyee Mesh, the RG‑EW1200R pairs effortlessly with Reyee routers to create a unified whole‑home mesh network featuring a single SSID and smooth roaming. Mesh pairing is supported via hardware button, Mesh button, and Eweb interface, offering flexible deployment options for large homes or multi‑storey properties.

The extender supports multiple wireless modes—including WPS, Repeater, AP mode, and WISP mode—making it adaptable to a wide range of scenarios such as extending coverage, creating new access points, or connecting wirelessly to an ISP uplink.

Equipped with 2 external omnidirectional antennas, the RG‑EW1200R delivers antenna gains of 2 dBi (2.4 GHz) and 3 dBi (5 GHz), ensuring stable and consistent signal distribution. It supports 2×2 MIMO on both bands, 256‑QAM, and channel widths up to 80 MHz on 5 GHz for enhanced throughput.

The device includes 1× 10/100 Mbps LAN/WAN port, allowing wired connectivity for IPTV boxes, PCs or smart home hubs. Its compact chassis measures 101.5 × 127.5 × 77.1 mm and weighs 0.243 kg, offering a clean, modern design suitable for any room.

Powered by 64 MB RAM, the RG‑EW1200R supports up to 96 maximum users, with 24 recommended, making it ideal for busy households with multiple devices. It includes advanced Wi‑Fi features such as MU‑MIMO, OFDMA, BSS Coloring, band steering, guest Wi‑Fi, WPA3 security, QoS (WMM) and Layer‑2 roaming, giving users enterprise‑grade performance in a home‑friendly device.

The Reyee App provides intuitive cloud‑based management, enabling quick setup, remote monitoring, parental controls, guest Wi‑Fi, blacklisting, and configuration backup. Setup takes just two minutes, and lifetime cloud management is included at no cost.

Engineered for reliability, the RG‑EW1200R operates from 0°C to +45°C, supports humidity from 5% to 95% RH, and includes robust storage protection down to –40°C. It is certified to CE, ensuring compliance with international safety and EMC standards. Power is supplied via DC 12V/1.25A, with consumption up to 15W depending on region.

Backed by a 3‑year warranty, the RG‑EW1200R is an excellent choice for users seeking strong dual‑band performance, seamless mesh expansion, and easy app‑based management. Its combination of powerful amplifiers, flexible modes, intuitive placement guidance and robust software features makes it one of the most capable AC1200 Wi‑Fi extenders in its class.
